Ozthropic Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for everything Ozthropic runs: the ozthropic.com website and our consulting services, Goftar (our Farsi dictation application), and Ozflow Studio (our invite-only content studio). The page has one part per service.

Signing in with Google (Goftar and Ozflow Studio): Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We use them only to create and recognise your account, keep it secure and contact you about the service you joined. We do not request any other Google data, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising or to train AI models, and our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Booking a consultation at ozthropic.com/book: we collect your name, email address, phone number (needed only for a phone call), the topic, the booked time, the time zone and language used for the booking, keyed hashes derived from your IP address (our booking records do not keep the address itself) and the payment status. Card details go only to Stripe. A booking is handled by Stripe, Google (the calendar event and Meet link), Resend, Mobile Message, Supabase, Vercel and Cloudflare Turnstile, some of them outside Australia, and bookings are kept for 5 years for tax records.

Joining a webinar waitlist at ozthropic.com/webinar: we collect your name, email address, which description fits you (and the size of your business, if you run one), the days, times and time zone that suit you, an optional question, and where you came from (campaign link, browser type, country). We use it to confirm your email, plan the sessions and invite you in sign-up order; once confirmed you also appear as an enquiry in our customer records. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Goftar (گفتار) is a free Farsi speech-to-text application for Windows, published by Ozthropic. You press a keyboard shortcut in any Windows application, speak in Persian, and the transcribed text is inserted where your cursor already was.

Dictated audio and transcripts are not collected by Ozthropic. Audio is either processed entirely on your own computer by the offline engine, or sent directly from your computer to the transcription provider you configured, under that provider’s own terms.

Ozflow Studio stores the display name, email and category you give, the request you write and the report produced, and the Instagram account identifier and username that arrive with an invite. The full text of every part is on this page for anyone with JavaScript enabled. Questions: hello@ozthropic.com.
